PremierAward_LogoREDUX_2012Robinson Noble was recently named as a winner of the 5th Annual Premier Award for Client Satisfaction by PSMJ Resources, Inc. This annual award recognizes top architecture/engineering/construction industry firms that provide their clients with quality communications, performance and cost effectiveness. Robinson Noble, Inc. is one of 20 firms recognized nationwide.

The award is based on client surveys which ask about helpfulness, responsiveness, quality, accuracy, schedule, budget, and scope and fees. Robinson Noble was rated as excellent or exceptional by 75% of their clients. Based on survey results, PSMJ also calculates each firm’s net promoter score. According to PSMJ, the best corporations in America, such as Apple and USAA, receive net promoter scores of 75 or better, while lowly regarded corporations, such as most telecoms, have low or negative scores. Robinson Noble received a net promoter score of 86.

Thank you to all our clients who filled out a survey and rated us among the best in the nation. And please let us know if there is more we can do to improve.
